Rabbi Scott offers private genealogical research for individuals & families.
In recent years, genealogy has become an increasingly popular hobby in the United States. Americans & American Jews in particular have a deep desire to connect with our roots & learn more about our family history. We want to know who our ancestors were & where they came from.
I conduct private genealogical research for those who are interested in learning about their family history. By identifying & analyzing historical records & documents, I am able to “introduce” you to your ancestors, construct your family tree, discover your ancestral town & connect you with long lost relatives.
I accompany you on your genealogical journey to tell you not just the basic facts about your ancestors' lives but their stories too. It is my hope that this journey will be a meaningful one for you & your family.
My projects are unique & personalized to your wishes. During your free consultation, we discuss your desired outcomes & adjust the research accordingly.
While research is ongoing, you will be given access to a copy of your family tree & copies of all records & documents that are found. Upon completion of the research, a virtual call is scheduled with you and your family to review all of the findings.
Projects are priced on an hourly basis with fees individualized according to the scope & scale of the work required. I accommodate my clients to ensure that the research is affordable & within your budget.
